RE: How do Betty and her daughters relate to men?
The three Weissmann women have different expectations in their relationships with men. Betty expects marriage for life--especially as a woman in her 70s who is shocked by her husband's divorce demands. Her daughters lives have their own demands controlling their expectations--one laissez-faire, the other pushed by other's expectations.
