Dave Freeman, co-author of 100 Things to Do Before You Die: Travel Events You Just Can't Miss (1999), which started a trend of similar books, died last week after falling and hitting his head. He was 47. Freeman's co-author, Neil Teplica, says, "you should live every day like it would be your last, and there's not that many people who do. It's a credit to Dave--he didn't have enough days, but he lived them like he should have."
The fact of knowing how to read is nothing, the whole point is knowing what to read.
