Hi, I'm 16, and most of my teenage years have been dominated by depression. This book helped me to realise that I needed help, and that I could find a way out. Reading other people's stories and poems gave me hope and determination. Besides that the stories are picked out and printed for good reason, they're all a very enjoyable read. Read this book, you'll have hope, even if you think you already have it.

Hello, my name is Marisol Galan I am a 14 year old girl and a passionate reader of "Chicken Soup for The teenage soul" books. I considere these books an amazing opportunity for teenagers to express their feelings as well as toughts, as many of us are unable to express our feelings to others face to face and writing it down is so much better and easier to let it out. I love the entertaining stories about other teens lives and those passionate poems that capture your heart. I also love reading these books because it makes me feel so much better to know that Im not alone and that other teens have similar dilemas, and that Im not the only one. Its such a relief to know that when you are suffering and if you are theres a place to go to. I Love this book for everything in it but specially for helping out with everything. I love Chicken Soup Books!!!!
