Dominczyk's film credits include Rock Star, The Count of Monte Cristo, Kinsey, and Lonely Hearts. On television she's appeared in Five People You Meet in Heaven, and 24. Her Broadway appearances are Closer, Enchanted April, and The Violet Hour.
She published her first novel The Lullaby of Polish Girls in 2013.
She is married to the actor Patrick Wilson, with whom she has two sons. She lives in New Jersey.
