James Reston, JR., is the author of several books, including The Accidental Victim, Defenders of the Faith, Warriors of God, The Last Apocalypse and Galileo: A Life. He has written articles for The New Yorker, Esquire, Vanity Fair, Time, Rolling Stone, and many other publications, and the scripts for three "Frontline" documentaries. His works of both fiction and non-fiction cover mostly historical and political topics.
His latest work, The Accidental Victim, is a non-fiction book about John F. Kennedy's assassination. He lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
