Dave Wedge is a New York Times bestselling author and writer based in Boston. He has co-authored five books with Casey Sherman, including Boston Strong: A City's Triumph Over Tragedy, which was adapted into the film Patriots Day, starring Mark Wahlberg; Ice Bucket Challenge: Pete Frates and the Fight against ALS, which is in development as a feature film; 2018's 12: The Inside Story of Tom Brady's Fight for Redemption, which is about the Deflategate scandal and the New England Patriots' miraculous comeback win in Super Bowl LI; and Hunting Whitey: The Inside Story of the Capture and Killing of America's Most Wanted Crime Boss. Dave and Casey also partnered with James Patterson on the New York Times bestseller The Last Days of John Lennon about the life and death of John Lennon (December 2020).
Dave was an award-winning investigative reporter for the Boston Herald for 14 years and has also written for VICE, Esquire, Newsweek, DigBoston, and Boston Magazine. He's also hosted on WRKO 680-AM in Boston and has appeared on CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, FOX, E! and CBS.
