Anna Blundy is an Oxford graduate and former Moscow correspondent for The London Times. She has lived and worked in many areas of the world, and she now splits her time between London and Tuscany. Her and Zoe Heller's columns were the basis for the real women Helen Fielding was satirizing in Bridget Joness Diary. Her first book, Every Time We Say Goodbye, told the story of her foreign correspondent father who was killed by a sniper in El Salvador in 1989. Vodka Neat was her first novel in the Faith Zanetti thriller series to be published in the U.S.
