About the BookBrowse Awards
Most consumer awards simply ask people to vote for their favorite books, which inevitably gives an advantage to the most widely read titles. The BookBrowse Awards a different in that subscribers are asked to rate each shortlisted book they have read on a 5-point scale - so the winners are not simply the books that have been most widely read but are the ones that have been rated highest by those who have read them!

Looks like a great short list of titles as well - I've added a few to my 'must read' list - which just seems to be getting longer!!
