The Marriage of True Minds
by Stephen Evans
So-so read (2/21/2008)
I really liked the premise of this book, so I was surprised when I didn't like the book itself. I love books with humor, but found things like the puppet just sort of stupid. The ideas were great, but this just wasn't for me.
The View from Mount Joy: A Novel
by Lorna Landvik
Enjoyable read (9/20/2007)
Overall I really enjoyed this book. I found the plot with Kristi a little hard to believe though. Joe was a very likable character and I cared what happened to him from the beginning. This would be a great book club read; there are subjects in the book that would provoke lots if interesting discussion.
