Ida B: and Her Plans to Maximize Fun, Avoid Disaster, and (Possibly) Save the World
by Katherine Hannigan
I love this book (3/29/2008)
I love the book Ida B so much. I could relate with her so much with her family on the orchard and other things. The main thing that I could connect to is with her and her mother.

The reason why I could really picture the book with her family her mom her dad and Ida B is because I am 11 years old and I am in the 5th grade. In chapter 8 or 9 Ida B's mom got cancer I think it was breast cancer, but I'm not sure.

On March 27, 2008 my amazing mother found out that she had breast cancer. I cried just like Ida B, I was upset heart broken just like Ida B.

Ida B had a black heart, but I don't. My mom is being so positive about this just like Ida B's mother. The thing that I don't relate to is that I think Ida B's mother found the cancer later so she had to go through chemo and that is why her hair fell out. With my mom they found it early so she will be fine with everything.

I love the book Id B I relate to it I love it and I have my soul in it.

Thank you for writing this book for me so I know everything is going to be just fine.
