Author Paula McLain has written a substantial novel about Hemingway's early years and his first wife Hadley Richardson. After the pair wed in the early 1920's they set sail for Paris where the bohemian lifestyle is conducive to Hemingway's writing. As a great fan of Hemingway's, I had not delved into his early life or his many wives history. I could not put this book down, in fact I was sitting in cafes in Paris with Hemingway and the likes of Gertrude Stein,Ezra Pound, and the famous couple F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald! My book clubs can't wait for the release of this novel on March 8, 2011!

Edelman brings you into her thoughts, ideas, fears and finally her heart to see how far a mother will go to protect and heal her precious child.

Faith is the most important attribute one possess, with faith all things are possible just ask Hope Edelman, better yet read "The Possibility of Everything" you will gain a new insight and know there is something greater and larger than all of us. Thank you Hope for reminding me what is important in life!

Keep an open mind you will not be disappointed!

This will be an exceptional read for any book club, in fact my book club is waiting with bated breath for the release of this book!

The year is 1914 the eve of WWI and the British Women's Suffrage Movement. This is where the author introduces us to the matriarch of the Townsend family, Dorothy Trevor Townsend. Walbert creates a strong female who makes a controversial decision that will ultimately change the Townsend women for five generations. The only problem - Walbert's chronology of the characters was at best hard to follow, I had to keep referring to the lineage chart. Walbert weaves a tapestry of love, friendship, loss and regret that flows in the Townsend blood for centuries to come.
