Sentinel: A Spycatcher Novel
by Matthew Dunn
The Sentinel by Matthew Dunn (6/12/2012)
I always enjoy spy stories and would rate this one as good.. the ending was a surprise to me, never saw that coming! Well written but not the best I have read in that genre.
Beneath the Shadows
by Sara Foster
Gothic suspense (5/13/2012)
I read this book to the end but I had several interruptions in my personal life so it was hard to get back into it.. It didn't completely hold my interest and I got confused with the many characters involved.
Lots of Candles, Plenty of Cake: A Memoir
by Anna Quindlen
lots of candles plenty of cake by Anna Quindlen (4/14/2012)
This is a memoir to treasure and read again because it has so much "common sense" to it. Since we are about the same age, I certainly could relate to the problems and challenges she has encountered in her 60 years. She writes like she is speaking personally to me and I almost felt like "answering back".. Great book that I will share with friends.
