The book Triangles by Ellen Hopkins starts out a little confusing but as soon as you catch on to it, it is an emotional ride. Three woman all around the same age face mid-life crisis's. Holly is filled with regret for being a stay-at-home mom, while losing herself in a world of extramarital sex. Andrea being a single mom, watches Holly's meltdown while keeping her eyes on Holly's husband Jace. Marissa, she has more than just her personal life to worry about, with a gay teenage son, a terminally ill four year old daughter, and a husband who is never home, but always at work. I would recommend this book to woman throughout the age of 15. It is a good lesson and shows you in points how good your life really is, but also shows you how bad your life could get if you let one thing slip. How much life really means, and how much friends really mean to not only yourself but them too.
