I love the history of this book. I have always been intrigued by old Hollywood and I absolutely love Frank Sinatra. I like the story, but it was difficult for me to keep my head in it. I am more of a fiction reader.

When I read the summary of this book, I thought I was going to love it! I enjoy crime thrillers, so a book about vanishing children on a remote island intrigued me. I appreciated Bolton's excellent writing skills, but the plot seemed to stray from what I expected. I did …more like how the book was written in different perspectives, but it was also a bit distracting and not really what I am used to reading. I am always excited to read something different from my usual and Little Black Lies was definitely what I was looking for in that respect. (less)
