Just One Evil Act: An Inspector Lynley Novel
by Elizabeth George
What on Earth Barbara? (10/24/2017)
DS Havers is featured in this book about jealousy and murder. She goes all out to help her Professor friend Azhar whose daughter is kidnapped to Italy (SPOILER ALERT) by the Professor himself as her mother has taken her away from him. The mom is poisoned and all fingers point to the Professor, but Barbara risks her career defending him. Meanwhile in Italy it seems the Inspector investigating the case kind of falls for Barbara! Interesting! Read this exciting book to see how it all turns out. And yes, Linley is here, too...with an apparent new girl friend!
