This was a very well executed book for a first time novel. The story had a way of drawing you in and making assumptions that constantly had you go back and reassess the earlier assumptions.

While mental health may not be on everyone's favorite fictional reading list, the …more exchanges between humor and sadness keep the story alive. I looked forward to each new reading session.

My empathy has increased for people dealing with mental health disorders and their families. I will be a happy recommender for this book! (less)
