In the Sea There are Crocodiles is probably one of the best books that describes a refugees experience that I have ever read. It tells the harsh truth without covering up anything. The book is fact-based and doesn't tell the story with emotion and yet evokes great sympathy …more from the reader. I'm sure Enaiat's experience was far worse then the description but the beautiful use of imagery helps me picture the life of a refugee. I would recommend this book to everyone and in hopes that everyone will know more about the dangers and risks in the life of a refugee. I pray for all the people that have experienced a similar thing to Enaiat and hope for world peace. (less)
