…more 008, with Georgianna and her family as she pursues "more news". I enjoyed the 'two story' writing. Learning first hand about the characters in 1941 made the search for details about the murder in present time more interesting. Characters were well fleshed out and sympathetic. The plot was engaging with many twists that were surprising, but still believable. Although I felt the ending was poor and lacked a satisfying conclusion, the novel would be great for discussion in a book club. (less)
