i just loved this book and is still missing it.
i have also read potter and TOlkien and loved it even more than Tolkien. The story is gripping and doesn't have some of the boring moments that lotr has.

Eragon's relationsip with Saphyra is beautifully portrayed. And many details have been taken care of like the acute discomfort Eragon has while flying on the dragon for the 1 time. The shade was also interesting.
Paolini has a great future.he can only get better.

Outstanding, superp, wounderful beyond all reason. All this describes Eragon. When I read it the only reason I put it down was to eat and sleep. I'd give it one million thumbs up!

Eragon is a masterpeice!!!!! Christopher Paolini shows great talent. I found myself reading non-stop for days on end. His books are so well written it seems as if you are there. I personally can't wait untill the second book of Inheritace.

Its good
*doesn't know*

This book is the greatest. It is as good as "Lamb" which everyone should read(the title is completly diffrent from the book(has no lamb in it)). But its about jesius as a child. it starts out with his friend "Biff" smashing a lizards head then gives it to him and he puts it in his mouth to bring it back to life.(over and over again). smash, put in mouth, squirms, then repeat..

Eragon was surprising to me, because I thought it would be a stale fantastic plot, but I ended up loving it, and can't wait for the next book!
