I wanted to write 4 and a half but the stupid thing wouldnt let me!!!
Wow! this is a really great book, and is perfect for lovers of fantasy, with hints of adventure! I recomed this to anyone who can stick to a book, but i wouldnt recommend it to people like my friends who look at how thick it is and fall to sleep.
i loved the characters, and the way they fit into the novel, especially Mo and Meggie who are easy to relate to.

Compelling! Many of the characters are not what they first appear to be. Through a maze of intrigue, deception, travel, and a little magic. The reader is brought through this dark tale, within a tale.

Hi! My name is Prakriti and I am 11 years old. This book was great!!! All the magic and cruel creatures coming out of the book made it so interesting and fun to read. I rated this book a 4 because I think it gave a little to many details . But I also liked the book alot because it always hooked you on at the end of the chapter and it kept you wanting to read on because of the mysterys that keep coming.

I'm 15 and I thought it was good, personally the ending was disapointing. It's very entertaining and interesting, some characters are better than others but they are very good. The back of the book gives away a lot of information you wouldn't want to know if you wanted to enjoy the book to the fullest.

As a lover of all literature, (particularly fantasy) this book was truly enchanting. I enjoyed the excerpts from other books and I loved the character's personalities, although not always terribly realistic. Cornelia Funke did a fine job in creating vivid pictures. For those Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings fans, watch out for the creations of this fantasy author, because I have a feeling her stories may be joining their ranks!

This is a really great book, the story and the imagination is dazzling. As soon as I got this book I liked it, this book, inkheart actually takes you away, on a ride through this story
