I read A Child Called It, and The Lost Boy. Theres no way to explain how I felt when i read these books, you were such a strong boy...and I envy you for that, I'm changing my life around, because of you. I'm 15 years old..16 in may, I've been through a lot in my life, but nothing compared to the pain and hurt you went through. whenever something happens, I think of you, and how you made it so far, so strong. thank you VERY much for sharing your story. It's changed lives all around the world, and it is the story of a boy we will never forget.

I am an 18 year old girl from Sweden, and I have read all your books.
It's hard to explain how sorry I am for you.
But still I'm happy for you. You managed to survive and really create something good about your life.

This was a wonderful book I am an eighth grader from Irvington NJ i picked up the book because i Knew a girl that was abused when she was younger so i wanted to learn more about other people and what they went through I am now reading Dave Pelzer other book "A Man Named Dave" so far so good Dave

I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS GOOD BOOK FOR ANYYONE WHO WISHES IN READING A SAD CONTEPLATING STORY. THIS STORY SHOULD ALSO HELP SOMEONE LIVE THRU HTINGS THEY THOUGHT THEY WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO SURVIVE. IF HE WAS ABLE TO SURVIVE HORRIBLE THINGS WHY OTHER PEOPLE WON'T. TRY FOCUSING YOURSELF FOR A BETTER WAY TO YOUR LIFE AND PROBLEMS LIKE HE DID HE TRIED LIVING. HIS HOPES GOT HIM TO WHERE HE IS NOW WITH OUT THEM JOPES WHERE WOULD HE BE?
I HAVE READ THIS BOOK SO MANY TIMES ALL HIS THREE BOOKS ARE VERY INTERESTING THEY ALL HAVE A DIFFERENT MATTER.

This book is a great way to show how a foster child grows up and lives and very bad life and the things that he goes thou as he or she grows!

i think this was a great book and a great sequel to A child called "IT"...... i think david was very brave and he was a wonderful person after what he went through..... i just finished the lost boy and started a man named dave....... :) loved all 3 books!!!
