I love the book Stargirl. I could really relate to this book. It was all about teens like us. She actully looks like a girl from my school. It made me feel emotions that I never really feel when i read books like this. I felt sad, lonley, glad, blod, and even scared. Stargirl made me think about me as an indivuial not as me as in a group. I thought about being popular and being geeks and how what was in and what is out. I loved all the crazy things she did like dropping money like qarturs and dimes for little kids to pick. she just loved to see there smiling faces. Her way of fun was to do stuff for other people like cherridy work but she did it as ' want to do thing'! She was so kind to everyone. I really did not like the ending I hope he writes a sqeaul. I wish that he would go to one of the reunioins and she would be there. I wish that they would get married and have two kids and name them Bo Peep and Moon Pie. This book tought me how to look at life a different way. That it is ok to be different.

I am a 7th grader at Dacusville Middle School. Our class read Stargirl. This book is a great book!
I loved it! I really enjoyed it. The only thing I didn't like about the book was that it had a bad
ending. Stargirl was a really nice girl. She was always caring, smart, and funny. She was not popular,
but than she bacame popular. Than she fell back down to being unpopular. Everybody thought she was funny looking, but when she got all dressed up she looked awsome. Stargirl had a rat that she carried everywhere she went. This book was awsome! I really liked it! I hope there will be a 2nd Stargirl.

Stargirl was a great book! I liked it because it is very detailed and Jerry Spinelli uses precise language. Stargirl as a person is very kind ,smart, and caring for others. I admire her for her attitude towards life. It seems like no one in the world would leave a quarter on the sidewalk just to make someone's day better. My most faverite part in this book is when Stargirl and Leo go to the enchanted place. Stargirl is a great book!

I liked this book. It was a very good book. It taught us that being different is okay.

The reason that I rated Stargirl a 5, is because it is one of the best books I have read. I love the way that they took a unique girl and at the end of the story, made her fit in. It was pretty sad that Leo never saw Stargirl again. The book did some good descriptions on all the different ways that she was dressed. I like how the book is such a mystery, you'll never know what Stargirl will do next. It is a very interresting book to read. I thought that it was very cute how Stargirl carried Cinnamon around everywhere she went. I recommend this book to everyone.

My name is Scott and I think that Stargirl is a great book. I think this because it teaches you lessons about life. One of the lessons is that its better to be yourself than act like someone else to impress someone. Which is why I like this book, because it teaches you lessons about life that can help u along the way of life. Stargirl is a great book and can teach you so much.

I rated Stargirl a 5 because it's wonderful!! I think everyone should have to read this book because in this day and time people should get the many messages Stargirl has to say! Like one saying you shouldn't make fun of people and you shouldn't dis someone because everyone is a human and we all have feelings! It makes me mad when I think we in our own life we’re worse than the students were in the book. And its sad to think we care more about what others think! She was very unique and the students couldn't see that because she wasn't like them and that was a good thing! Leo knows she was special, but he still cared more about what the others felt! I think were all unique we just need to show it instead of trying to be like others!!!

I enjoyed reading about Stargirl. I think that Jerry Spinnelli has a good imagination and put a lot of effort into such a great book. The main storyline is about a girl who goes straight from "a nobody" to the most popular person in the school, in less than year! It tells the story of a lot of us, and I would recommend it to everyone-adults and children. It may not have an impact on your life, but it is still worth a try!
