I enjoyed reading about Stargirl. I think that Jerry Spinnelli has a good imagination and put a lot of effort into such a great book. The main storyline is about a girl who goes straight from a nobody to the most popular person in the school, in less than year! It tells the story of a lot of us, and I would recommend it to everyone-adults and children. It may not have an impact on your life, but it is still worth a try!

I thought "Stargirl" was a very good book. I enjoyed reading this book because it was about a girl who was herself and people made fun of her because of it. She didn't care about what other people said about her. I wish I could be like her and not have a care in the world. This book was sometimes sad and sometimes happy. No matter what it made you want to know what was going to happen next. This was a very good book and I can't wait to read more of Jerry Spinelli's books.

I think that this is a great book especially people who like to read a really great book. I love the part where the first see Star Girl and think she is a misfit or outcast. People who like good books should read this book. I hope people will read this and like to read the book over and over again.

I did not like this book I LOVED this book! It was amazing with all the twists and turns you could and wouldn't expect! This is by far is one of the best books i have ever read. It was amazingly full of things you would most likely end up learning as a life lesson!

Sincerely yours,
Charlie

I think Stargirl was an excellant book, because it keeps you holding on and wanting you to read it. It has a great writing technique, and can be related to yours or anyone elses life. This book was very interesting and just great to read. I am glad our teacher chose this book to read to us. Stargirl made me want to read more and sort of told me to do the things I want to do ,and to be what I want to be. It also helped me to understand that you don't have to be like everyone else and that it is sometimes good to be different from everyone else. So I guess you could say this book has made a really great impact on my life.

Sincerely,
Kayla Reece

"Stargirl" is one of the best books I have read in a long time. Stargirl is an unusual character and that's what I like about her. Books for me have to be interesting enough for me to really get into it and make me want to finish it, and this book absolutely does that! You never know what she is going to do next and how she is going to deal with it. I would recommend this book for anyone who likes a very interesting, humorous, and very touching, but not too mushy, book! It will be hard to beat if I ever read another book by any other writer. Jerry Spinelli is a wonderful writer and I would love to read more of his books. I'm sure his other books are just as good!

The book "Stargirl" has some funny parts and some sad and lonley parts. Stargirl does not care about what pepole think of her but, she cares what happens to other people. She is all for them and none for her. She knows when peoples birthdays are coming. She knows when people has a death in the family. She always makes a card for the people that has a death in the family. She palys and sings to people that has birthdays. She is different and better than people today.
