DDR All Stars

The pre-chapter is bull. No need to read. I finished Chapter 1 and half of Chapter 2 so far. It is VERY repetitive. The height doesn't matter, but he doesn't give us the EXACT detail of it, so that's good. But the reason it's so hard is b/c the book uses hard words (which is good or a bad thing to some people) and it's BORING. Ellis needs to make this book more exciting. I know it COULD be exciting, but Ellis isn't making it.

This book was really confusing and hard to understand. Does it matter what age and height and weight some of these people where? I mean come on! It was really difficult to get into and actually read. It was super boring and I would not even threaten this book on anyone!

Oh my god! This book is really bad. I haven't even gotten past the first chapter and according to these other reveiws it need be that I discontinue! Actually I have to continue because its required for my History class. They really need to put out a study guide for this book. It should be required that they put out a study guide. No, its mandatory!! Students, reading this book by yourself is not recommended!! Discuss it, work off each others ideas. Frankly this book is like a dry washclothe that is trying to be sqeezed of its water!! Very very reppetative..so far!

Bad
konnichi wa antonius-san!

Ok, first of all, I'd like to tell you all one simple statement! "You'll be reading 10 words an hour" Why? It is so boring! I literally fell asleep and the only chapter I found interesting was Chapter 1 - The Duel... the rest was just nonsense. I don't understand why IB students have to read this crappy book. I know Ellis is some erudite person but this book is not conspicuous! Somehow, Ellis just enjoys showing off his rhetoric of words and that's about it but I recommend that you don't read it unless it is mandatory like Antonius and me and the other IB kids. Again, I just want to say that you will be reading slower than a turtle can crawl on the sand.

Another thing. I don't understand why this book won a freaking prize. I'am just going to think that the human race is doomed to be stupid and pick the worst books as some winner of a prize.
