when i got this book it was on a saturday..and it it was on a Saturday when Cyd finally made up her mind so i feel that there is a special connection to me and this book. This is one of the books that u cant forget the characters because u turn to relate them to real life and Peter Pearson really made me to learn so many things about being a parent. I look forward to get the copy of man and wife and i am confident that ill find the copy nice as man and boy.

this is an enthrawling novel which i have found myself reading in every spare minute i have.i am not yet 15 but i feel that this book is suited to both adults and people of my age possibly because i could relate myself to almost every one of the situations all the way from page one.the novel is full of emotional, every day situations which everyone can rlate themselves to and it is for this reason i feel that this novel is of the upmost quality and excellence.

This book is brilliant, Im still reading it and Im near 2 the end and cant w8 2 c what happens! I found this book in a corner of a shelve at home and decided to read it 2 c whats it about. I expected to be a book just 4 adults but I think its a great book 4 teens aswell because I really enjoyed it and Im 14. I love the way its easy to follow and how Tony really draws u in2 the book, when u read it u can feels some connection between all the characters coz they r so realalistic! The problems in the book r what most couples r going through nowadays and I think many ppl can really relate 2 it. There r many things I can relate 2 the book myself. The book is packed with emotion , there r both funny parts and some sad bits to the novel 2 whic makes it superb. Tony really constructed the novel well, His style of writing is remarkable. There is no moment in the book that is boring nor drags on 2 long which is why it makes me want 2 keep reading it on and on which keeps me awake 4 so long at night. Im definetley going 2 read another 1 of Tonys book after I finished this coz it really moved me. I really recomend this book 2 any1!!=)

Excellent book. Entertaining, witty and above all moving. You start off thinking Harry Silver is just some average guy and it's going to be a Nick Hornby-type of book about male paranoia. But it really isn't. It's a book about deep human relationships with your parents, spouse and child. It is a love declaration to a child and to a father. It's moving and yet not trivial. Highly recommend it.

Man and Boy is the best book I have read in years. I was so moved by it that I wanted to grab a copy of the sequel. I nearly got hysterical when Man and Wife was not available in most bookstores in Singapore and Philippines. I emphatize with the character Harry having such an unforgiveable wife. :-D It thought me a lesson about fidelity, love for family and giving love a second chance.

Highly recommendable! Better than Nick Hornby. Love it! Tony Parson's give us some more!
