Blew Me Away
This book is soooo good!!!! I didn't expect the ending and ended my night sobbing for at least 20 minutes. This book moves me in a way that I know not a lot of books do. I would 100x recommend this book!!!

Very cute but sad book.
I don't know how many times I've switched from smiling to crying and vice versa while reading this book. Very sad, very cute. It's the perfect mix and it will make your mood change so much. Even though it's very sad, it's also very good and well written.

My opinion on The Fault In Our Stars
After finishing a really good and engaging book, I go through a lot of grief. This novel gave me the same vibe.

Fault in Our stars book review
It’s really good and I enjoyed how it wasn’t like every other basic love story plot. If you like love stories then this is a book to read.

Amazing!
Right when I picked up the book, I knew I would love it. I felt like Augustus and Hazel were like my friends. I got to know the characters very well. The book is very well written and I recommend you read it!

Couldn't stop thinking about the characters
I fell in love with Hazel and Augustus, the lead characters in the book. While I was at work, in the back of my mind I was wondering what was happening with them and I couldn't wait to get back to the book.

It has been a long, long time since characters were as alive and real to me as they were.

I was one of the prime caregivers for my sister during her cancer. We were not kids; we were in our fifties. But the tone of the cancer kids in this book hit a true, authentic note.

I tried reading the book about "Alaska" by John Green and it was not enjoyable to me. I abandoned it after about four chapters. I've started the book about "Katherines" but it's too early to tell if it will click with me.

"Fault in Our Stars" is an engaging, strong book.

No Emotional Investment For Me
This was my first John Green book and, prior to this book, I had no other experience with "cancer kids" in literature. I expected the story to be really sad but...it really wasn't. I generally appreciate snarkiness and Veronica Mars-like intelligence and quick wit in teenagers and I got a lot of that dialogue so that was welcome. I guess what was missing for me was a deeper connection to the characters. Maybe all that snarkiness kept me at arm's length and, although I was moved at some level by the struggles each kid faced, I wasn't emotionally invested so...no tears for me.
