In addition to the two main couples, was there a minor character who really stood out to you? What about them was memorable?

Two characters that will be in my mind for some time are George and his sister, Olivia. They were so entitled, arrogant and cruel to people they didn’t consider their equal.

Maggie Walsh. Couldn’t help thinking she was the old woman in the black scarf on the road.

Both Anna’s story and Sarah’s story were filled with memorable minor characters. One of my favorites was Fee for her compassion and common sense.

Hazel was the one who stood out most to me. Her compassion for Sarah and her curiosity about the spirit realm and fairies helped both of them to heal.

I think that Maggie Walsh was memorable because of what she revealed to Anna about Millie and to Harold about George and Olivia. I did wonder if she was the Old Woman by the road in Sarah’s story. Tess was a favorite because of her kindness and close friendship to Anna, and Hazel because of her interest in Sarah. Then, there is the daring Danny.

George and Olivia provided the story with “bad guys” who made Anna’s story much more interesting. They also provided another link from the past to the present as well as tying in some magic.

I really liked Marcus and Fee. They seemed sweet & caring to me, and really took care of Sarah. They kind of reminded me of Cinderella's fairy godmother.

I liked Anna's family, especially her brothers Paddy and Billy. They played minor roles, yet were present in pivotal scenes in the Anna story.

I wish many of the minor characters could have been more fully in the story. They seemed to be worthy characters n themselves.

I loved Fee's easy nature and kind heart. She stood out to me. So accepting and kind.

I loved Hazel, what a cool kid. Fee was a delight and Maggie Walsh--oh, what a character--she was a rig.

Hazel stood out to me and her role in bringing the fairies to Sarah with the book and trip. Also, her relationship with her father and how she was dealing with grief along with Sarah.

I loved Hazel. She was wise beyond her years and open to possibilities.

I loved Annas little brother, Billy....he just seemed so sweet and innocent and really looked up to his big sister. And I also really disliked Olivia and George Hawley...they were despicable people. Hazel was also a great character... very inquisitive about life and I thought her reaction to her mothers death was very real.

I think Hazel stood out and it is probably because of her that Oran and Sarah got together. In the past, I would think Paddy. He seemed willing to do a lot for his family while standing apart with his own beliefs about Irish independence.

I liked Fee's sweetness.
