What does freedom mean to you? What is democracy? What is citizenship? Do you think these concepts have changed over time?

Freedom to me means I can live my life without unlawful restraints. Democracy means that each individual of voting age can exercise that right and contribute to the decisions that this country's leadership makes. Citizenship is a legal right to be considered part of a country either by birth or being naturalized.
Clearly, the concept of freedom in this country, depending on whose freedom is being described, has changed over hundreds of years, and probably didn't mean the same thing for all people until the late 60's, early 70's.
The concept of democracy has been static but challenged, especially in recent years.
There was a time when citizens were only people who were born in the US. That has changed.

Freedom is suppose to mean you can speak, act, work, study, and worship as you like without restraint from anyone in power or authority-has not always been the case in my country and we still have a long way to go in my humble opinion.
Democracy is suppose to be your right as a citizen to vote for and abide by majority rule, we have the supreme power to directly or indirectly rule our government-unfortunately I fear this is changing for the worse in our country in my humble opinion
Citizenship is our legal rights and responsibilities to our country- those have been rightly challenged by some in the past and recently and unfortunately are still ignored in my humble opinion!

jos does a great job of outlining freedom, democracy, and citizenship. I would add to democracy that we function under the rule of law and that no individual is above the law. Unfortunately, our Supreme Court has determined that one individual can function outside the law and face absolutely no ramifications. Think of horrors that certain individuals can do with their "official acts."
