Search Not Active During Evaluation

Patrons of libraries that subscribe to BookBrowse can search their own library's catalog for the relevant book from any BookBrowse book page.

For example, patrons of Fort Dodge Public Library would see a link saying Search for this book in Fort Dodge Public Library, and on clicking the link would get search results for all formats of that book in their library.

However, as this is an evaluation account, the search function is disabled.
